Vegan Remoulade Sauce

We usually buy remoulade sauce for special meals, like (vegan) baked fish, hot dogs, sandwiches or summer salads. Meanwhile, there are plenty of brands offering vegan remoulade in the supermarkets.

Only a few weeks ago we recognized that it's super easy to prepare a homemade remoulade sauce, and you don't even need an egg substitute! The base of remoulade is (most of the time) mayonnaise. You can buy plant-based mayonnaise in the supermarket or make your own homemade. Chop herbs, pickles, and capers add it to your mayonnaise, and that's it! Super easy!

Our homemade remoulade works perfectly with our vegan fish sticks or with burgers.
