Vegan Coconut Bacon
Today is International Bacon Day – whoop! We want to celebrate this day with you too, even if our imagination of bacon is slightly different. Meanwhile, there are plenty of versions for the base of vegan bacon. Eggplant, seitan, tofu, mushrooms and even rice paper works really good. Our favorite is vegan bacon made of coconut chips: crisp, intense in taste and super simple!
You can use vegan coconut bacon for scrambled tofu, as a topping for salad and sandwiches (or even donuts) or as a TV snack. Enjoy this crisp pleasure, cause it's too easy to be true!
