Vegan Dark & White Chocolate Mousse (only 3 ingredients)
One of the all-time classic desserts is chocolate mousse. It’s creamy, airy, and easy to make. And it works as a perfect finishing for almost every menu. So today, we show you our very easy vegan chocolate mousse that only contains 3 ingredients. And if you know think “Wait, only 3 ingredients?“, then let me tell you that two ingredients also work.
The main ingredients of our chocolate mousse are silken tofu and melted chocolate. You can find silken tofu in many supermarkets and especially in organic markets. Silken tofu ensures the creamy consistency of the mousse, and the melted chocolate is important for the intense taste. To get a fluffy and airy mousse in the end, we puree the ingredients and store it in the fridge afterward, so the mousse gets firm. You can also add the third ingredient, agave syrup, if your chocolate is not sweet enough. As a topping, we prepare a fruit glaze made of frozen berries and agar agar (plant-based gelatine you can also find in super- or organic markets) and topped the glaze with fresh berries, grated chocolate, and mint leaves.
