7 Vegan Pumpkin Recipes

Fall has begun, and so has pumpkin season. Most of you probably cook the same pumpkin classics yearly, such as pumpkin soup, baked pumpkin, or a stew. We love all of these for sure, but we're bringing some variety to our pumpkin routine this year! In addition to exciting new recipes, we've cooked with a lot more pumpkins than "just" the beloved Hokkaido – some of these pumpkins you've probably never seen before, let alone tasted.

Have you ever heard of spaghetti squash, Lil Pump Kemon, or acorn squash? No? Then you've come to the right place. But even if you know about these pumpkins, we hope we can inspire you with some new recipe ideas.
