Parsley Gremolata

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 40 g parsley
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • salt


  1. Finely chop the parsley and garlic and put them in a small bowl. Add the juice of half a lemon and olive oil and mix well. Season to taste with salt.
